This page exists to protect both you and the integrity of this experience.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, products and online content offered through lasthourexperience.com.

By visiting the website, reserving Early Access, making a purchase or using the Last Hour Experience, you agree to these terms.

1. Who I am

The Last Hour Experience is created and operated by Vita Florentis, represented by Julian.

I provide a digital reflection experience, created with care and integrity.

2. What I offer

The Last Hour Experience is a personal, existential reflection experience.

It is not therapy. Not coaching. Not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

You decide what you want to write, read or speak. The experience can be emotional. This is normal.

All information in the experience and on the website is intended for inspiration and reflection.

3. Access and use

Access to the Last Hour Experience is granted after payment. You receive personal login details or direct access.

Your access remains available for as long as the Last Hour Experience continues to operate as a platform. This is not a promise of permanent or perpetual access. I may discontinue or replace the platform, for example for technical, commercial or legal reasons. If I do, I will give you reasonable notice by email where possible, and where reasonable I will offer a way to download or export your personal content before access ends.

Your access is personal and may not be:

• shared
• resold
• made public
• used for commercial purposes

I may limit or terminate access to prevent misuse, fraud or security issues.

3A. Early Access and reservation

Before the experience opens, you can reserve Early Access. A reservation takes no payment. It is not yet a purchase, and it does not give immediate access to the experience.

A reservation records your interest and reserves the Early Access price for you, for the moment the experience opens. Early Access is an early price, lower than the later launch price. You decide whether to complete your purchase once the experience is available.

Early Access and the launch price grant the same experience and the same rights, including the yearly ritual described below. Only the amount paid differs.

3B. Your yearly ritual

Your purchase includes a yearly ritual. Once a year, for as long as the platform exists, a new run of the experience becomes available to you at no extra cost.

A new run becomes available twelve months after your last completed run. If you want to return sooner, you can purchase an additional experience or give one as a gift.

The yearly ritual follows the same availability terms as your access. It lasts for as long as the platform continues to operate, and is not a promise of permanent or perpetual access.

3C. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased for the Last Hour Experience. The following terms apply:

• A gift voucher is intended for one individual and grants access to the Last Hour Experience.
• A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• The purchaser of the voucher agrees to these terms at the moment of purchase.
• The recipient of the voucher agrees to these terms as soon as the voucher is redeemed and access to the Last Hour Experience is obtained.
• A gift voucher remains valid for twelve months after purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• I may block a gift voucher in the event of fraud, misuse or technical errors.

4. Payment, cancellation and refunds

The price and currency you pay depend on your region and are always shown to you before you confirm your purchase. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount that applies.

The Last Hour Experience is digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase.

Before you start, you give your express consent to immediate access, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. I record this consent at checkout.

Because of this, you are not entitled to a refund once you have started the experience. The value of the experience lies in the immediate access to its content.

For buyers outside the European Union, including the United States: all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

I understand that circumstances may vary. If something goes wrong, or if you believe you have a special situation, you may contact me. I will review your request with care, but I am not obliged to provide a refund.

5. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for:

• your wellbeing during and after the experience
• decisions influenced by insights
• keeping your device and login details secure
• anything you choose to write or share

The Last Hour Experience is not intended for crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or distress, contact your doctor, local emergency services or a helpline.

6. My responsibility

I do my best to deliver the experience safely and reliably, to protect your data, and to process your answers only as agreed.

However, I cannot guarantee that everything will function flawlessly or be suitable for every personal situation.

7. Intellectual property

All components of the Last Hour Experience are my intellectual property, including:

• text
• questions
• visuals
• audio
• video
• scripts
• concept
• UX flow
• PDF layout

You may not copy, distribute, record, edit or republish any part of the experience without my permission.

8. Your PDF and personal content

After completing the experience, you receive your personal PDF and, optionally, your Message for the World.

This content is for personal use only. You may voluntarily share it if you wish, but this is entirely your choice.

9. Messages for the World

At the end of the experience you may choose to publish your message.

• Sharing is optional.
• You choose how your name appears.
• You may request removal later.
• I may remove content that is unsafe or harmful.

10. Limitation of liability

I am not liable for:

• direct or indirect damages
• emotional consequences
• decisions made after the experience
• technical issues beyond my control

The experience is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to the experience is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and including any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Force majeure

Situations outside my control, such as outages or technical malfunctions, may interrupt the service. I resolve these as quickly as possible.

12. Changes

I may update these Terms if required by law, safety, improvements or technical developments. If changes are significant, I will notify you via the website or email.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules that apply in your country of residence.
