Accessibility Statement

How Last Hour Experience works toward equal access.

Vita Florentis wants the Last Hour Experience to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Scope and standard

This statement applies to lasthourexperience.com, the account environment and the guided Last Hour Experience. These services are designed to conform to the European Accessibility Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility support

  • keyboard access and visible focus
  • semantic headings, labels and screen-reader names
  • text and controls with sufficient colour contrast
  • captions that can be turned on during the experience
  • support for reduced-motion preferences
  • clear error messages and accessible form instructions
  • an accessible checkout provided by Stripe

Alternative access

Some personal outputs are provided as PDF files. If a PDF or another part of the service is not usable for you, contact me and I will work with you to provide the same information in a suitable alternative format.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell me which page or step you were using, what happened and, if you wish, which browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to share medical information.

I will acknowledge your message and aim to provide a useful response or alternative within five working days.

Preparation and review
